The Project has done updating menu of emergency-calling person for  5 times, renewing 47 news on system, accomplishing opening emergency-preparing calling theme for 9 times. For knowing the system well by members of EPA, local EP department and cleaning team, our team have held 3 online training course (2 for local executing hall and EP department, 1 for EPA) and 1 entity training course, totally 249 participants. To deeply acquainting inform and help function in system for related departments, our team held a virtual practice on May 31st, 2022 and later. The Project has done paper-examination for visiting work before September 23rd, 2022, then holding real visit for 3 times including 5 townships in October, 2022. Our team inquired Bank of Taiwan about open contract model of protection-clothing and bleach, also referred to purchase website and EPA for finishing open contract. For system, we’ve done maintenance and Microsoft routine update; renewed data of vehicle, disinfection and drugs; debugged error on EMIS; done log-in page; reformed main page; added basic data, restock, shipping, stock changing, statistic and printing function on stocking system; done add/edit/delete, user permission, log diary, system security and protection, user watermark and download limitation function on connection manual. Our team has planned showing flooding potential layer, showing disinfection layer and informing whether material (disinfectant) is enough on flooding hotspot system.
